Raj Palace Resort

Excellent hotel Raj Palace is very quiet. Room is nice garden so helpful of staff in everything help me.

I cannot say enough about the staff. They were super accommodating, kind and helpful. The manager was so nice, always smiling and patient. All the staff were happy and pleasant.

Some of the staff members were very impolite and were uncooperative.We had booked the safari with the manager and he was unresponsive after I had prepaid the full amount

The Resort is located right at the main National park road of the town and the Jeep/canter picks u up right from the property (if u ask them to make the booking for you they will provide you the safari booking) it is a decent Resort with nicely built spacious clean rooms the staff is helpful. The service is great and all of them make u feel comfortable especially Mr. Satyendra ji, Manish ji & Hemraj. The food was delicious. The garden area & swimming pool area for sunbath is an added bonus.

I had a fantastic experience at this resort during my recent safari trip. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. They assisted with everything — from a quick and smooth check-in to organizing our safari schedule with great care.The resort is surrounded by lush greenery, which creates a peaceful and natural atmosphere — perfect for relaxing before or after a day out on safari. One of the best parts was how supportive the resort was in booking our safari. They made the whole process easy and stress-free. They also offer a convenient pick-and-drop facility to the safari entry gate, which saved us a lot of time and hassle.

I liked the food that was included with the meals. The palak paneer was especially good and the breakfast was good too. I liked they gave you a tea before the safari and having a pool was also good for a post safari swim.

I contacted the property before hand and was just told it'd be possible to help me book a safari and they told me the two prices for jeep and canter and told me to book when we arrived. I messaged a day before and they said the jeeps were all gone, this was down to there poor communication and they need to make it clearer to visitors. Also, in future I'd book it directly to avoid mark up. Drinks were also the most expensive of any in India.

The all-inclusive meal plan is really a good idea and the food was great. The afternoon tea time and easy checkin for our group was appreciated.

This hotel has lovely gardens and a great swimming pool. The birdsong was wonderful. The buildings are heritage style and the public spaces are great. Our room was spacious and had a really nice garden outlook. It feels like a haven away from the busy road and mayhem outside. Staff were obliging and courteous. They can arrange safaris for you but it's advisable to do this well in advance as they get booked up quickly.

The room and bathroom were a bit dated and could do with a refurb. We had to ask for the room to be cleaned each day which seemed a bit odd.The breakfast menu was adequate but somewhat limited.The WiFi was a bit hit and miss but worked most of the time.

A little piece of heaven nestled in Ranthambore.Beautiful surroundings, taken care of so well.Super food, good price ! Took care of safari booking ....no tigers ? that time but thoroughly enjoyable! Wonderful attentive staff made me smile....Would definately recommend to anyone!Would love to visit again!

Absolutely nothing!

Lovely property with nice grounds and a swimming pool although we didn’t have time to use it as only there for 1 night. Room was clean and comfortable.

The staff was responsive but only as long as there were no foreign tourists demanding their attention. If however there were foreign tourists to attend to the staff would delay your order, take longer to respond. For instance, the pool had a weird black oily looking algae floating on it until a batch of foreign tourists arrived, then on the pool was cleaned up.

Where to begin...the bathrooms smelled, the curtains were shabby and unwashed, there was dirt and dust on every surface, the shower doesn't have water pressure and the tap flow is overwhelming. the property is in utter state of disrepair, wallpaper is chipping, furniture creaking and broken, mattress that doesn't fit, pillows are sunken, the rug looked dirtier than any we have ever seen, the latches barely locked, if locked won't open, the towels (though thoroughly bleached) felt like wiping skin with dishwashing scrub, the soaps were so poor it was frustrating to shower. Oh, and there is zero fumigation on the property so be prepared for swarms of mosquitoes. I myself killed 28 with barehands the morning we left. All in all, for the price we paid we would have expected better stay experience.

The following staff members really went the extra mile to make our stay so enjoyable: Swapan, Uttam and Gobind. Thank you all for looking after us so well.

Lovely, tidy, clean resort. The rooms were comfortable and big. Nice pool area and gardens. There’s an outdoor bar area as well. The food was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. Good place got families. Close to Ranthambore Park.

Our room had a slight musty smell, which cleared after leaving the doors open for a bit.

The hotel is amazing, staff is great, food is very nice. We had half board so it was sort of a bufett every time we had a meal, the flavor was very nice and they change the menu every day so you don't get the same stuff all the time. The facilities are amazing, very relaxing and the hotel itself is very pretty; full of nature. They booked for us the Safaris, they choose the zones for us and we were super happy with it, we managed to see 3 tigers! All the staff is very nice and they do care about their vistors' needs. Swapan is very welcoming and helped us in every question / request / doubt we had. But they are all very sweet to be honest. Also, the cocktails are veeeery good! We honestly loved our stay.

They have visits of monkeys from time to time, which makes sense honestly, and they always try to kick them out but good to take precautions.

The restaurant is certainly not up to the marks. It is equipped only for buffet and not a al-carte. The quality of food requires a lot of improvement. I am sure you can do much better if you pay attention to this.Rooms are specious and comfortable. The staff is helpful. Location is good.
